Reporting a Concern

When to Report

If you have any concerns regarding the safety or well-being of a child or adult at risk within our club, it is important to act. This includes observing behavior that feels inappropriate or hearing about an incident second-hand.

How to Report

Concerns should be reported to our Welfare Officer immediately. You can find their contact details on the club noticeboard or in the contact section below. In an emergency, always contact the police or local services directly.

What Happens Next

Once a report is made, our Welfare Officer will handle the matter with the utmost confidentiality and follow LTA guidelines to ensure the situation is managed correctly and the relevant authorities are informed if necessary.
